Customer Service – The WOW Experience
It is no secret that customer service in Trinidad and Tobago leaves a lot to be desired. Over the years, Yes Careers has surveyed hundreds of training participants, who say that they experience service levels at 4.5; where 1 is poor and 10 is excellent. At the same time, participants rate their own service twice as high.
This, amongst numerous other factors, has led us to believe that the challenge we experience with service has its roots in the National Psyche.
Many employees (not unlike managers and professionals) carry on negative conversations regarding customers, co-workers, managers, owners and others.
This body of anti-service behaviour will be explored and employees will come to their own realization of the need for and the beauty of service as part of life’s purpose.
Specific learning objectives during this one day workshop include:
