Psychometric assessments come in many varieties that help to measure your suitability for a role and steer you along your career path that is right for you.
Each job role is different, with some requiring more detailed and insightful information, which cannot be gained from simply reviewing a candidate’s resume, the traditional assessment method.
You may be good at what you do but not necessarily like doing it, or you prefer working as an individual as opposed to managing teams. Tests such as aptitude tests explore things like a candidate’s ability to perform tasks or react to situations at work, whilst personality tests measure characteristics such as feelings, emotional state, ability to communicate etc.
Depending on the role, such as a position for Head of Marketing, candidates may require a skills test to determine how well the person can work in a stressful environment, communicate well with stakeholders and have strong leadership skills. The role would also require the candidate to recognize and manage their own emotions and those of others, an emotional intelligence test would be used in this instance. Other positions such as a Bank Teller may require a risks test to help predict their productivity, reliability, rule adherence and trustworthiness.
We offer a range of psychometric assessments that can guide you along your career path to showcase your capabilities, preferences and what motivates you.
